BENEFITS OF FASTING :
- DETOX THE BODY: It can Detox The human or animal body, when you feel fever or some other similar medical conditions, you suddenly feel loss of appetite ? It indicates that the body do not want food, i.e. no more toxins to the body. That is why our secret body systems ask our mind to stop eating much food. If some one is in fever he/she need to fast on some easy to digest food like berries, mango, papaya, custard apple, straw-berries, coconut water, oats, figs, Flax Seeds, you can also take good quality of multivitamin pills, if you are willing to fast for more than a Single Day !! Q.2. Who can fast ? Can do fasting During Pregnancy (No its Danger), Can Cancer Patients Fast ? Can Heart, Diabetic, Dialysis, In other Disease ?
Answer. You can fast (carbohydrate fast but fruit juice water allowed) for 1 - 3 days if you are completely healthy without any medical problem in your physical, mental, spiritual body as per Naturopathy Theory. But here i/we can't allow you to fast for more than 2 days without medical supervision. Because wrong way of fasting may be fatal / dangerous / highly dangerous for some people. - PSYCHOLOGICAL PREPARATION (मानसिक रूप से तैयार होना): according to Hatha Yoga (हठ योग) Theory - you need to prepare for fasting physically, mentally & spiritually, if you are stressed, feeling any any kind of mental situation, high level of anxiety, depression, other mental physical conditions please do not fast, or take "Naturopathy Advice".
